Growing up in the farmlands of Ohio, we were always surrounded by animals. Our family had several dogs and cats and various other animals throughout our lives.  I remember my Grandmother cooking food in the kitchen for our dogs & cats. She only cooked all natural, healthy, human grade, organic, holistic foods.  They had real meat, eggs, and vegetables that were raised in the nearby farms or in my garden.  This food was from our refrigerator. It was the same food that we ate. None of our pets died from diseases like cancer or renal failure.  They died of old age and natural causes.  It's time to go back to natural, healthy, human grade, organic, holistic, and vegetarian pet food.
